quintuplets ,the mc in that show was blonde when he was child but has black/blue color hair with different hairstyle in the present, also have you watched the last scene properly, i rewatched it , both of them(nagi and the boy in photo) have same eye and hair color and even the same face, it just that the boy in photo has a slightly different parting of hair, but if you can tell the difference from that and you are pretty sure about your theory then you most probably must have read thr manga or some spoilers because the difference in the hairstyle is so subtle and everyone doesn't maintain the same hairstyle from childhood ,people change

I thought i was mistaking it, so check back to when Erika was meeting her mother (aka., Ritsuko) in this episode, and she didn't match with the one in the photo (though that Woman also doesn't match Hiro's mom who was shown in Episode 6).
Though, i might be just mistaking it (which i do a lot).

My assumption is is that Nagi has a brother and that's a couple of Erica's reasons why she says Nagi's fate would change and who she was trying to connect with that she initially states early in the show. We know her and Nagi's father are having complications about the fiancee matter. as far as we know Erica and Nagi didn't meet until current events and that Erica seems to have no interest in Nagi regardless of his photography which may be minor developing feelings. We also know Segawa mentions she's engaged too. We can't dismiss characters that haven't been revealed yet.
